Onde-Onde / Buah Melaka

240 gr glutious rice flour
180 gr water
few drops green food colouring
120 palm sugar, cut into small pieces
3 cups of water, salt to taste
1 cup fresh or dried grated coconut
Mix water and green colouring, pour on the sifted rice flour,
mix well to make a soft dough.
Stuff the small dough balls with a piece of palm sugar.
Repeat procedure until all dough is used up.
In a medium pot, bring 3 cups of water with salt to boil.
Drop the balls a few at a time in the boiling water until they come up to the surface.
Take out and roll in grated coconut
